How to conclude the online sales contract

In order to conclude the online sales contract of one or more products on the website, you must complete the order form in electronic format and send it, following the instructions and procedure that you will find on the site.

The order form contains a summary of the General Conditions of Sale and the main data of your order such as: shipping information, summary of the payment and shipping method chosen by you, a summary of the product purchased bearing the name of the item , its SKU, size, quantity purchased, subtotal, including taxes (VAT), shipping costs and total order amount.

The contract can be said to be finalized when Alba srl. will have received your order form electronically and, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order, will communicate the order confirmation to your email address.

The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the order and in any case within the terms of the law. All product orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you of any unavailability of the products ordered within 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the day on which you have sent the order; we reserve the right to provide you with all information relating to substitute products of equal or superior quality and value to the products ordered and which you may decide to request. In case of forwarding the order form and advance payment of the total amount due, and in the event that you do not wish to place an order for replacement products, we will reimburse you for the entire amount already paid according to the deadlines and rules specified in the right section of withdrawal.

Cancellation of the order

Shipping and delivery of products
