How to make a return

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, making a return is very simple.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, and must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
The return can be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods.

All items purchased between 23 and 31 December can be exchanged or fully refunded by 14 January.

For hygienic-health reasons and considering the stringent anti-covid regulations, costumes cannot be returned.

Please remember that it is mandatory for items to be returned in their original condition.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN IN ITALY 

1. Request the return by accessing your personal area (my account -> Hello, <your name>); enter the "Order history" section; click on "Details"; make the return

2. Place the item in its original packaging.

3. Make sure the item has tags attached.

4. Stick the return label on the package, making sure to cover the previous label.

5. Deliver the box to the courier location most convenient for you.

Return costs are our responsibility.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN EXTRA ITALY

Send an email to the address mail@spraynet.it , writing "RETURN" and the order number in the subject.

We will contact you as soon as possible indicating the instructions to follow.

Return costs are your responsibility.

REIMBURSEMENT

As soon as we receive your return, and after our quality control, we will refund the item only to the card number with which you made the payment.

It can take up to 14 business days. If you do not receive your refund within these timeframes, please contact us at mail@spraynet.it.

GOODS EXCHANGE

If you wish to make an exchange, we ask you to follow the return procedure indicated above and place a new order.

Contact us at mail@spraynet.it , writing “CHANGE” and the order number in the subject.

After receiving your return, you will receive by email a voucher of the same value as the product previously purchased, to be spent within one year of receipt.

If the voucher amount is not enough to cover the total amount of the new purchase, you will be able to choose a payment method for the balance.
